Copyright protects original works from being stolen or used without permission. It protects the hard work of various authors, songwriters, etc. Fair use is something that legally promotes freedom of works that are not copyrighted works in certain circumstances. As a teacher I would deal with these topics very carefully, and ensure that my students understand the severity of using something that is copyrighted. I would develop my instruction materials by taking inspiration from works but paraphrasing them and making sure that I am not breaking any copyright laws. I would do the same with my students creating their own works.     There are several  technology implementation issues. The two that I would like to touch on are cyberbullying and academic dishonesty. In my classroom cyberbullying of any kind would not be tolerated.       Hi! My name is Samantha Cohen. I am a freshman here at Florida State University.  My major is Special Education. I have a twin sister who is majoring in pre-optometry at the University of Alabama. I also have a younger brother who is a senior in high school. My mom is a school social worker, and my dad is a civil engineer. I have a dog who is half Chihuahua and half Dachshund. Her name is Maggie. I like to sing, hang out with friends, and watch Disney Pixar movies. I don't have many prior experiences using technology in an education setting besides what I did in my EDF 1005 class, which is introduction to education, in the fall semester. We made PowerPoints using google slides and Microsoft powerpoint. We also created a timeline using canva. Finally, we accessed various readings through canvas. Additionally we uploaded a few different videos to YouTube.  A personal learning network of mine is singing. I really enjoy singing, it is one of my favorite t...
